Business is on George's side
Associated Builders and Contractors say Leing a welcome change to the incumbent
(Englewood, CO) – George Leing, running against Jared Polis in the 2nd Congressional District, is honored to receive the endorsement of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), recognized as one of the leading organizations representing America's business community and the merit shop construction industry. The endorsement was made by the Associated Builders and Contractors Political Action Committee, one of the largest pro-business PACs in the nation.
"It is an honor to receive the endorsement of a group as distinguished as Associated Builders and Contractors. Our agreement on fair and open competition, health care, taxes and business environment in which unnecessary regulations to not hinder business growth and development is strong," said Leing.
ABC believes that Leing's 30 years in business and his common sense approach to reforms allow him to champion policies that create jobs. Mark Latimer, President / CEO of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of ABC, stated “The chapter is proud to recognize Mr. Leing for his support of merit shop contractors and the principles of open competition, free enterprise, lower taxes and responsible government regulation."
Latimer continues, "ABC believes George Leing is the candidate best aligned with the core principles that our members embrace. He would be a welcome change to the incumbent. George Leing will represent the district well and is someone who recognizes that a strong and vibrant construction industry is vital to job creation and economic development in Colorado."
Yesterday Leing released his Economic Recovery Package which outlines the need for reducing and eliminating unnecessary regulations which place a stranglehold on business and an improved, fairer, flatter and simpler tax system.
